I was feeling bad that my schedule would not allow me to actually eat three "real meals" during the day, so I've had to go to eathing small meals between classes, work, and other obligations. It's nice to know that it will actually help me in the long run. Thanks for the great info.

Key Point - Always warm up before any exercise and always cool down! My advice is to learn some good yog stretches. If you do this you will notice how you can train longer and harder for even better results

Consistency is key in regular exercise. It is important to stick to your training plan and work day after day until those workouts compound and show major results in your health and fitness.

I'm a gym buff and also a health and food enthusiast. It's really make you more physically healthy and as well as mentally if you eat a right kind and healthy food. And in doing so, doing endurance training and physical exercise will eventually make you a better person in and out.

Thanks for this post! I have been trying to up my endurance levels, but I haven't seriously considered changing my diet, which of course I need to. Also a good point about varying the routine. I typically just run, and not do anything else, but now I realize I need to add some different workouts to my routine.

Is there any vitamins that you would recommend having in your diet? I am looking to get back into shape, but I don't even know where to begin. I have started eating healthier, but I don't have near the energy I used to. Am I missing something?
