Those that follow your suggestions will be happy to find that not only are they more motivated - they will feel so much better and happier too.  Some other things that can help would be to smile - even when you don&#039;t feel like it.  It can really change your own mood as well as how others treat you.  Laugh - studies have shown laughter to be a big part of curing health and depression issues.  Oh, here&#039;s some more motivation for those of you that like Chocolate - they say a little bit of dark chocolate can release endorphis that fight stress and can stop the autonomic “fight or flight” response.  This is very important for your system and can help you towards getting that feel good and relaxing peaceful feeling.  Thanks again for the uplifting article.  Keep up the great work in helping others improve their lives!!</description>
